The total circulating supply of USDC is 69.2 billion, with reserves of approximately $70.5 billion. This includes approximately $36.6 billion in overnight reverse repurchase agreements, approximately $23.3 billion in Treasury bonds with maturities of less than 3 months, approximately $9.9 billion in systemically important institution deposits, and approximately $800 million in other bank deposits.

Microsoft has disclosed a vulnerability in Microsoft Paint, identified as CVE-2026-83844, with a CVSS score of 8.1. This vulnerability affects versions of Microsoft Paint earlier than 11.2605.91.0. The vulnerability involves out-of-bounds reads, allowing unauthenticated attackers to remotely execute malicious code. Microsoft has released a security patch, but there are currently no confirmed reports of the vulnerability being actively exploited.
