Deutsche Bank stated that the demand for AI computing power continues to grow, and the expected super large scale capital expenditure in 2027 is expected to rise to $1.2 to $1.5 trillion, higher than the $800 billion in 2026. The demand for AI is expanding from large cloud service providers to new clouds, enterprises, sovereign AI projects, and AI labs. Deutsche Bank pointed out that memory (HBM/DRAM) and power infrastructure are the current bottlenecks in the industry, and the next stage of AI spending will be biased towards memory, power infrastructure, and next-generation architecture.
