Hyperliquid announces HIP-3 upgrade will support optional licensing market configurations

Hyperliquid will support optional configuration for the licensing market in network upgrades, collectively known as HIP-3. HIP-3 is managed by the deployment party or sub deployment party on the blockchain whitelist, and the deployment party can decide whether to use it. The first version of HIP-3 has been launched online for testing, aiming to provide additional features to meet compliance requirements.
