The National Sheriff Association of the United States announced that it will change its stance on the H.R.3633 CLARITY Act from opposition to neutrality. The National Sheriff Association stated that due to the complexity of the bill and the important details yet to be reviewed, the legislative process should continue to advance to establish a clear and effective digital asset regulatory framework.
