New Jersey Attorney General applies to US Supreme Court for review of Kalshi gambling law case
According to TheBlock, New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport has filed an application with the United States Supreme Court to review the Third Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling on the Kalshi infringement case. In 2025, New Jersey issued a cease and desist notice to Kalshi, accusing him of violating the state's gambling laws. Kalshi subsequently sued New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Kalshi.
