Arthur Hayes: Release FLOP Yellow Book, all tokens will be airdropped and distributed

Arthur Hayes has released a new project called FLOP Yellow Book, aimed at transforming AI reasoning power into on chain products. FLOP Genesis has a supply of approximately 2.483 billion pieces, all of which are distributed by airdrop. The average block generation time of the network is one second. The initial block reward is 96 FLOP, which is halved every 730 days for a total of five times. The rewards are 96, 48, 24, 12, 6, and 3 FLOP, respectively, and ultimately remain at 3 FLOP. Miners, validators, agents, and stakers will receive the initial reward distribution.
