Harmony updates cross exchange reconciliation, ONE token temporary shortfall drops to 6.581 billion tokens

Harmony has completed cross exchange reconciliation with Binance, Gate, KuCoin, MEXC, OKX, and Binance US, matching 295 total 3.493 billion ONE transfers and adjusting for circular transfers. As a result, the temporary shortfall of ONE tokens has decreased from 10.234 billion to 6.581 billion, a decrease of 3.653 billion. Binance data is a temporary upper limit, and some data from Gate and OKX are pending verification. The exchange has frozen some ONE balances and hacker gains. The verifier may cease operation from 6:00 am on September 11th (UTC+8).
