Osmosis suspends BTC Alloyed asset minting, redemption, and deposit/withdrawal functions

Osmosis has suspended the casting, redemption, deposit, and withdrawal functions of BTC Alloyed assets due to the Nomic nBTC cross chain bridge security incident. BTC on Osmosis is supported by 30% nBTC, and BTC in the pool can still be traded. The team will release a post analysis and recovery plan.
