Osmosis freezes 22.65 BTC and plans to repair Alloyed BTC reserves

--

Osmosis disclosed the progress of the Nomic chain vulnerability attack, where attackers exploited Nomic's custom forwarding mechanism, known as Double Flower nBTC. The management sub DAO has frozen the entry and exit channels of Nomic and Alloyed BTC on Osmosis, and collaborated with validators to perform an emergency upgrade, freezing 22.65 BTC in the attacker's address. The plan is to use the community pool to repair the Alloyed BTC reserve in the future.
