Wintermute receives 2.5 million LAPTOP, may become the third market maker

Wintermute received 2.5 million LAPTOP tokens from LAPTOP multi signature addresses and distributed them to multiple exchange recharge addresses. If the transfer is a market making arrangement, LAPTOP's cumulative market making token total will increase to 23 million, accounting for 2.3% of the total supply, of which GSR Markets holds 15.5 million, G20 holds 5 million, and Wintermute holds 2.5 million.
