The innovation exemption policy allows listed US stocks to be converted into on chain tokens and traded through licensed AMMs or liquidity pools. TSV, a tokenized securities venue, provides a liquidity pool and sets admission rules. Token holders have the same voting and dividend rights as traditional stocks. Tokens can be minted by the issuer or a third party, and third-party minting requires written notice to the issuer and a 30 day opposition window.
