Ondo Finance founder left no will, family and executives embroiled in inheritance dispute

Ondo Finance founder Nathan Allman passed away without leaving a will, and his parents inherited the controlling stake and ONDO token, leading to a legal dispute over project control. Founder's mother Kathleen Allman sued interim CEO Ian De Bode, accusing him of attempting to seize control and negotiate a $11 million compensation package. Nathan Allman's sisters and investor David Chen applied for limited custody of Kathleen Allman's share of the estate. Kathleen Allman denied the relevant allegations.
