Saudi Arabia notifies European refineries that they will not be able to obtain crude oil supply next month

Evernorth Holdings and NH Investment&Securities have signed an agreement to issue $30 million convertible senior notes with an annual interest rate of 4%, due in 2031. The raised funds are intended for general corporate purposes, including purchasing XRP and conducting XRP ecosystem related businesses. The issuance is subject to the completion of the business merger between Evernorth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. (Source: US SEC)

CoinShares research report points out that the Federal Reserve's policy shift and the obstruction of the CLARITY Act are putting pressure on the cryptocurrency market. The Federal Reserve believes that inflation is too high and there is no room for interest rate cuts in the short term. The US dollar and short-term Treasury yields are supported, and coupled with the Iran conflict pushing up energy prices, the possibility of interest rate hikes within the year is increasing. If the inflation outlook does not improve or monetary policy expectations do not change, BTC will be difficult to effectively break through $80000 by the end of the year. The revised version of the CLARITY bill will be pushed forward as early as early next year due to differences in ethical provisions. The obstruction of the bill will have limited impact on BTC, and Ethereum and other altcoins will face greater regulatory uncertainty.
