The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission have released an Action Plan to Accelerate Token Economy Development (2026-2028), which supports software and information service enterprises to build token distribution platforms that benchmark international best practices, promote cross model, cross modal, and cross regional access to the platform, and achieve unified API, model aggregation, token measurement, and settlement services. At the same time, the token distribution platform will be included in the new infrastructure plan.
