Silicon based flow has completed the B+round Phase II and C round financing, with a cumulative equity financing amount of nearly 2.9 billion yuan, and has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for listing on the main board. Silicon based flow will have a revenue of 55.33 million yuan and a net loss of 345 million yuan in 2025, with a gross profit margin of -24%. Based on the annual throughput of tokens in 2025, silicon-based liquidity ranks fourth among Chinese token suppliers with a market share of 1.5%. The investors in this round include China Internet Investment Fund, Guoxin Fund, China Mobile Chain Long Fund, China Orient Asset International, Yaotu Capital, Shengyi Capital and Cathay Pacific Venture Capital.
