The seven leading AI model manufacturers in China, ARR, only account for 10% of the combined revenue of OpenAI and Anthropic

The Rhodium Group report shows that the ARR of seven Chinese AI model manufacturers, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Z.ai, and MiniMax, from March to August totaled about $10.7 billion, only 10% of the total revenue of OpenAI ($40 billion) and Anthropic ($65 billion), of which the ByteDance ARR was $4 billion and the Alibaba ARR was $2.4 billion.
