The 2026 Assessment Report on the Development of Artificial Intelligence Computing Power in China has been released, with intelligent agents driving the growth of computing power demand

On September 21st, AICC2026 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference released the "2026 China Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Development Evaluation Report". The report points out that intelligent agents have become a key variable in the growth of AI computing power demand, driving token consumption to accelerate and jump through the multiplier effect, and driving the upward slope of China's intelligent computing power growth. IDC predicts that the number of active intelligent agents worldwide will increase from 79.4 million in 2026 to 2.216 billion in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 129.8%.
