[Kalshi Submits Rule Change to SEC, Proposes Launch of Perpetual Security Futures Products] KalshiEX LLC has submitted a rule change application to the SEC, proposing the launch of perpetual security futures products (Perpetual SFPs) based on single stocks. These products will be settled through a daily funding rate mechanism and cleared by Kalshi Klear LLC. The underlying securities must meet conditions such as a market capitalization of no less than $100 billion, an average daily trading volume of no less than $450 million, and at least 20 million shares outstanding.
