OpenPayd, a stablecoin payment infrastructure company, plans to go public on NASDAQ by the end of 2026 through a merger with Titan Acquisition Corp., with a valuation of $1.1 billion. CEO Iana Dimitrova stated that the proceeds from the IPO will be used for expanding and acquiring the US market, with the goal of launching services to US clients by April 2027. OpenPayd already holds 43 state currency remittance licenses, with a revenue of $73 million in the latest fiscal year, a year-on-year increase of approximately 28%.
