[ARK Invest Partners with Securitize to Tokenize ARK Venture Fund]
ARK Invest has partnered with Securitize to tokenize the ARK Venture Fund, which includes holdings in leading private tech companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Databricks. The tokenized equity will initially be issued on Ethereum, with Securitize responsible for on-chain issuance, providing daily net asset value, and enabling on-chain secondary market trading functionality. Investors will hold on-chain certificates representing fund equity, while the underlying assets are not directly on-chain.
