Bank of America raises 10-year Treasury yield forecast to 5% as high interest rate environment continues

--

The Bank of America raised its year-end forecast for the yield of the 10-year US treasury bond bond to 5%, and raised its forecast for the yield of the two-year US treasury bond to 5%, and raised its forecast for the average price of Brent crude oil in the second half of this year from $83 to $95 per barrel. A high interest rate environment will lower the discounted value of forward cash flows and increase the attractiveness of US dollar assets relative to high volatility assets such as cryptocurrencies.
