Nscale raises $3.36 billion, with Nvidia participating

AI cloud computing company Nscale raised $3.36 billion through convertible notes, led by Third Point, of which $2.36 billion has already been secured. Nvidia's promised $1 billion investment will be secured in mid November, and Nscale has a total contract value of over $103 billion.
