Bitwise submits Form 8-A registration statement for NEAR ETF, intending to list on NYSE Arca

According to SEC documents, Bitwise NEAR ETF has submitted a Form 8-A registration statement, applying to register its ordinary beneficiary certificates for trading on NYSE Arca. The ETF is initiated by Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC, and its S-1 filing was submitted to the SEC on September 16th. The Bitwise NEAR ETF aims to provide exposure to exchange traded products related to NEAR assets. The Form 8-A was signed on behalf of Teddy Fusaro, Chief Operating Officer of Bitwise, on September 24th.
