Anthropic plans to grant 50.1% voting rights to seven founders to ensure post IPO control

Anthropic seeks shareholder approval for a special equity structure and intends to grant CEO Dario Amordi and six other co founders a total of 50.1% voting rights. This arrangement requires at least three founders to continue holding the minimum percentage of shares, and new equity only increases voting rights. Anthropic founder's board of directors will increase to three seats, and employees will receive shares that can break the tie on certain matters.
