It has now entered maintenance mode and has ceased accepting new deposits and loans. Existing users can close positions and withdraw assets. Some loan positions in AlphaLend, which use ALPHA as collateral, have experienced under-collateralization resulting in bad debt. The bad debt has been fully covered, and the protocol remains solvent. AlphaFi will cooperate with the Sui Foundation to investigate and recover outstanding debts. Once users complete withdrawals, AlphaFi will exit the Sui ecosystem.
