They are currently negotiating with the platform for compensation. On September 25th, the attacker reset the security settings and created an API by forging credentials. MEXC froze the account but did not revoke the API. On September 27th from 04:12 to 04:25 (UTC+8), the account was withdrawn 322100 USDT and 9.134 million ONE, totaling approximately $340000. MEXC's official response stated that preliminary investigation has been completed and a solution has been provided, and one-on-one communication will be conducted via email in the future.
