OpenAI is in talks with UAE investment funds and BlackRock to seek at least $30 billion in financing, with a pre investment valuation of $1.4 trillion. The UAE fund plans to form a consortium with a maximum investment of $10 billion, and BlackRock is discussing joint participation. OpenAI is also in talks with the University of California Endowment Fund, Thrive Capital, and Andreessen Horowitz.
