Anthropic Launches Claude for Google Workspace, Now Available in Docs, Sheets, and Slides

According to Anthropic's official blog, Claude for Google Workspace has entered public beta across all paid plans. Users can directly invoke Claude via a newly released add-on in the sidebar of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, allowing it to read and modify the currently open file. In Docs, it can rewrite text in place or submit edits as suggestion cards; in Sheets, it can write formulas, generate pivot tables and charts, and use Python to process data; in Slides, it can create new slides based on existing layouts. The add-on supports two modes: "Confirm Before Editing" and "Accept All.
