FDUSD issuer First Digital has reached a merger agreement with SPAC company CSLM, with a pre trading valuation of $250 million. The merged company is expected to be listed on NASDAQ in the first half of 2027.

Galaxy Research tracking shows that the US government recently transferred 9261 BTC worth approximately $770 million to Coinbase Prime. Since its launch in December 2025, this deposit address has received a total of 115.67 BTC, of which 6406 came from known government wallets and 5160 came from previously unmarked wallets. Among the BTC transferred this time, 2456 had no clear ownership label before. Coinbase stated that prediction markets are already governed by the Commodity Exchange Act and should be uniformly regulated by the CFTC rather than being subject to a patchwork of regulations across 50 states. Congress has already provided a clear answer on this matter.

Vitalik stated on the X platform that the ideal security rule for multi signature is for each signer to change the key after each operation. This rule assumes that ECDSA may become insecure but will not be immediately cracked, and still needs to prevent memory pool scrambling. Vitalik stated that if possible, signatures should be collected offline to shorten the time interval between signature disclosure and key expiration. Improper configuration and hasty upgrades can easily lead to financial losses, so do not act hastily.
