Ethereum Foundation researchers release EIP draft, proposing execution chain proof to achieve constant time synchronization

Frisitano, a researcher at the Ethereum Foundation, has released a draft of an EIP, proposing to use chain proof of execution to recursively confirm the validity of the execution load and bind it to the beacon chain. By using beacon state connection continuous proof, the execution layer can synchronize from weak subjective checkpoints in a constant time.
