BBX News: Yesterday, the global public market delivered two highly strategic breakthroughs in the expansion of Bitcoin treasury and defensive restructuring of financial engineering. The market has bid farewell to the disorderly one-way leverage, and top treasury companies are relying on highly mature open market financial instruments to establish a deeper moat between spot monopoly and capital security: ——Spot surge: Strike (NASDAQ: $ASST) swept 3311 BTC in a single week with $208 million in cash from warrant exercises, surpassing a milestone of 32773 in total holdings. ——Debt optimization: Metaplanet (TSE: 3350) plans to issue 52 billion yen (approximately 328 million US dollars) of zero coupon convertible bonds to promote buybacks and fully release pledged BTC to enhance liquidity. The market presents a clear dual trend of "top listed treasury relying on stock derivative exercise funds to achieve zero interest burden through spot high-speed fundraising" and "cross-border concept stocks replacing collateralized debt by issuing long-term zero interest bonds to eliminate holding liquidation risks and strengthen portfolio flexibility".
