Jonathan Gould: The final rules of the GENIUS Act are expected to be introduced by the end of October

Jonathan Gould, the Director of the Office of the Superintendent of the Currency (OCC), stated at the "Building a New Digital Economy" event hosted by the Milken Institute that the final rules for OCC implementation of the GENIUS Act are expected to be released by the end of October.
