Brad Gerstner: Pushing to extend the age limit for 'Trump accounts' to 40 years old

Altimeter Capital founder and CEO Brad Gerstner stated that they are pushing to expand the scope of the "Trump Account" program from under 18 years old to under 40 years old, and seeking to make the funding support mechanism permanent. Brad Gerstner expects that by the end of 2027, the cumulative private donations received by the program will reach $100 billion. Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas estimates that this move could potentially cover an additional 100 million people, and the expansion is currently under legislative consideration.
