According to BBX, yesterday the global capital markets witnessed a highly disruptive and advanced approach to restructuring enterprise-level Bitcoin treasuries. The market focus shifted from simply how much fiat currency was invested in the secondary market to the micro-financial engineering involved in mergers and acquisitions and equity swaps among giants. --Giant Restructuring: Elon Musk pushes for a merger between Tesla and SpaceX, aiming to consolidate the scattered 30,221 bitcoins (costing approximately $1 billion) into a single, super-monetary treasury. - Share swap: Alpha Modus (NASDAQ: AMOD) bypassed fiat currency and directly issued 51.6 million shares and warrants in exchange for 3,170 bitcoins, bringing its total assets to over $250 million. The market is showing a clear dual evolutionary trend: "Global top technology giants achieve centralized management of macro-crypto reserves through cross-entity mergers and acquisitions" and "US-listed small and medium-sized companies use equity premium tools to directly exchange for crypto spot assets to achieve an instant surge in their balance sheets".
