Arthur Hayes stated that flop_labs will open its Devnet in the coming days, allowing anyone to join as a miner or validator, or have a proxy connect to the network. Participation in the Devnet does not count towards any token distribution; the network is for public testing, after which the project will enter the Testnet and airdrop phase.
