Polymarket Chief Marketing Officer Matthew Modabber has been fired.

Polymarket has fired its Chief Marketing Officer, Matthew Modabber, over allegations that the marketing team produced promotional videos promoting fake deals and paid influencers for promotions through personal PayPal accounts. Modabber, who had served since January 2024, claimed to have increased the platform's daily trading volume from $300,000 to hundreds of millions of dollars.
