Meta plans to raise $35 billion, with Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom reportedly interested in participating.

Meta Platforms plans to raise approximately $35 billion through a public offering, including approximately $22.5 billion in Class A common stock and approximately $12.5 billion in Series A mandatory convertible preferred stock. Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom have expressed interest in purchasing up to $5 billion of Meta stock, and Meta's pre-market share price rose 1.12%.
