[Depository Trust Company Launches DTCC Tokenization Service, Ondo Finance Joins] The Depository Trust Company (DTC) has officially launched its DTCC Tokenization Service (DTS), with Ondo Finance joining Broadridge, DRW, Fireblocks, and other institutions in its ecosystem. DTC participants can switch between traditional and tokenized forms of security equity. In July of this year, Ondo's CRCLon and SPYon became among the first tokenized stocks backed by DTC tokenized equity. In Q3 2026, open interest on perpetual DEX contracts increased by 76% quarter-over-quarter to $24 billion, while trading volume decreased by 16% to $1.4 trillion. Hyperliquid's open interest more than doubled to $13 billion, representing a market share of approximately 53%. HIP-3 deployment platform trade[xyz] had open interest of approximately $3.9 billion, while Variational, Lighter, and Aster saw increases of 78%, 107%, and 66% respectively. This growth was primarily driven by the launch of new markets.

Mantle has released MIP-35, proposing to cap the core budget for the period from July 2026 to June 2027 at 40 million USDx and 150 million MNT, lower than the previous cycle's 52 million USDx and 200 million MNT. The budget covers personnel, administration, marketing, ecosystem, infrastructure, and security; financing, treasury strategies, liquidity provision, and investments are not included in the cap.
