Open Standard announced its OpenUSD stablecoin management fee and equity incentive mechanism. OUSD will incur a management fee of 0.1 basis points per transaction, with a maximum of $0.01 per transaction, capped at $0.01 for transactions of $1,000 or more. Reserve proceeds, after deducting management fees, will be distributed to partners. Open Standard offers equity incentives based on the size of OUSD held and circulated by partners, with a minimum investment of $50 million and a maximum 5% stake for a single partner. OUSD is launched with the participation of companies such as Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Coinbase, and Shopify.
