Meta Platforms is considering issuing at least $20 billion in bonds, aiming to enter both the US dollar and euro bond markets to support its AI infrastructure development. Meta has commissioned Citigroup and Morgan Stanley to arrange investor conference calls. The US dollar bonds are expected to have maturities of 5 to 30 years, while the euro bond maturities are estimated at 4 to 38 years. Meta has previously issued $25 billion in common stock and $125 billion in preferred stock, and plans to raise up to $60 billion through a market-wide share offering.
