The Moscow Exchange will launch cryptocurrency trading on December 1, 2026.

The Moscow Exchange (MOEX) announced that it will open cryptocurrency trading services to financial market participants starting December 1, 2026. Trading will be conducted using existing stock market infrastructure and integrated into the unified clearing system of the National Clearing Centre, with trading hours from 06:50 to 23:50 Moscow time daily. The initial supported assets include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT), offering addressless and address-based trading, and supporting same-day settlement (TOD), next-day settlement (TOM), and swap tools. The exchange will gradually include more international and Russian domestic digital assets in the future, initially in a pilot phase.
