This upgrade plan involves integrating the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault (Morpho Vault V2), managed by Gauntlet, onto Base, initially allocating USDC funds. The proposal involves seven adjustments on the Ethereum mainnet and Base, including enabling CCTP functionality on both chains, configuring cross-chain USDC transfer limits, setting up a Base-side permission management mechanism, and integrating the USDC vault.
