The pro-crypto camp won 228 seats in the House of Representatives and 19 seats in the Senate. Fairshake plans to continue supporting pro-crypto candidates in the 2028 election. Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen donated $4 million to former Senator Sherrod Brown's campaign. As of the first quarter of 2026, the crypto industry had spent approximately $189 million on political action committees (PACs) during the current midterm election cycle, up from $119 million in the 2024 election cycle.
