b14g recovered 68.15 million stolen Core tokens via a hard fork on the Core network.

--

Bitcoin double-staking protocol b14g claims that the Core network underwent a hard fork, recovering 68.15 million CORE tokens from three attacker addresses through on-chain state adjustments. This represents 70.2% of the total CORE affected by the October 31st incident. This operation did not roll back transactions, issue new tokens, or change the total CORE supply. The recovered tokens have not yet been distributed to users, and related funds held or frozen by exchanges have not been returned. b14g is currently verifying the balances and developing a distribution plan; there is currently no official claims process.
