An anonymous seller is listing a $500 million data center loan portfolio for sale.

An anonymous seller has listed a portfolio of data center loans worth approximately $500 million through an auction process. The portfolio consists of more than ten loans and the bidding deadline is November 19. The minimum bid for a single loan is $10 million. The deal includes a $25 million share supporting OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle's Stargate New Mexico project, which had previously issued a force majeure notice. (Source: Bloomberg)
