According to the agreement, TORICO will raise approximately 4.7 billion yen (about $30.17 million) through channels such as funds operated by Mint Town and plans to use the entire proceeds to purchase Ethereum. The investment fund operated by Mint Town will become TORICO's largest shareholder, holding approximately 23.36% of voting rights.
