[Gnosis Chain to Recover Stolen Funds from Balancer Incident via Hard Fork] Gnosis Chain announced that its operator community has decided to implement a hard fork to recover funds lost during the Balancer vulnerability incident, which are now out of the hacker's control. Previously, Gnosis stated that it had collaborated with the Monerium and Balancer teams to freeze certain affected liquidity pools and temporarily restrict cross-chain asset transfers from Gnosis Chain via standard bridges. The Gnosis team will continue to work with ecosystem partners and remind remaining node operators to take action to avoid penalties.
