[Neo Founders Erik Zhang and Da Hongfei Publicly Clash Over Financial Issues] Neo founder and core developer Erik Zhang has accused Neo founder Da Hongfei of failing to fulfill his commitment to disclose financial reports to the public. He has called for Da Hongfei to release a detailed list of assets managed by the Neo Foundation (NF) and an itemized breakdown of expenditures. Erik Zhang also mentioned that, according to their agreement, Da Hongfei will focus on the operation and development of NeoX and SpoonOS starting in 2026 and will no longer be involved in Neo mainnet affairs. In response, Da Hongfei stated that Erik Zhang controls the vast majority of Neo's funds and has delayed the process of transferring NEO/GAS tokens to NF's multi-signature address.
