According to Arbitrum DAO, on May 8th, it was approved to unfreeze 30800 ETH that were frozen due to the KelpDAO vulnerability attack on April 18th. The vote was passed with 90.96% of the votes in favor, and the funds will be used for DeFi United to restore rsETH collateral, jointly controlled by Aave Labs, KelpDAO, EtherFi, and Certora.
