Jeremy Allaire: ARK token will be included in the balance sheet at cost

Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire stated that the creation of ARK tokens will be recorded on the balance sheet at cost, with zero cost. After fulfilling the obligations of the token pre-sale agreement, its value will be recognized as "other income" and reflected in RLDC and adjusted EBITDA.
